We’re seeking a person who will become direct support for a very busy CEO to ensure his activities, appointments and personal needs run smoothly. This position will function as the first point of contact from both inside and outside the studio office.
Manage incoming e-mail and mail, which includes responding when appropriate.
Maintain CEO’s schedule, e.g., scheduling meetings, managing calendars.
Plan all domestic and international travel and accommodation arrangements.
Handle occasional personal needs or errands.
Take notes during meetings.
Light book keeping like tracking and reconciling receipts, and creating estimates and invoices.
Prioritize work activity with little supervision and provide after-hour and flexible support.
Dedicate themselves to working in a support role.
Have own transport and laptop.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general tech savviness.
Minimum 2 years experience in similar role.
Can-do attitude—someone who can be relied upon for answers.
A great memory and superior attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
A clear sense of what it means for a job to be completed and well done.
Trustworthy, enthusiastic person with courteous and patient disposition.
Protect company’s privacy and confidentiality. Will have to sign a Non-Disclosure agreement.
