We are looking for an intern to join our team and learn the ropes of producing large scale events and managing a studio. The intern hired for this position should expect to be involved in all aspects of our day-to-day operations.

Assist in events, brand activations, programming and artist collaborations.
Support the team with ad-hoc tasks, especially on event days. This includes running the door, selling merchandise, and ushering.
Assist the Producer in liaising for artists and/or clients during special events and company projects.
Ensure studio is always presentable.
Help with maintaining an accurate inventory of merchandise stock. This includes taking monthly inventory of all products and reporting numbers back to E-commerce Manager.
Help keep inventory and maintain operational efficiency of stockroom, artist supplies and in-house production equipment.
Coordinate the ordering of necessary studio supplies with Studio Manager.
Help fulfill e-commerce orders and proactively ensure timely deliveries of all customer and merchandise seeding.
Have own transport and laptop.
General tech savviness.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
A clear sense of what it means for a job to be completed and well done.
Protect company’s privacy and confidentiality. Will have to sign a Non-Disclosure agreement.
Must be PROACTIVE and take INITIATIVE but also follow direction and take feedback from the team.
Needs to be able to perform independently with minimal supervision.
