BRAND MARKETING MANAGER
(Full-time)

We’re seeking a full-time in-house Brand Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. Position will report to our CEO and work closely with our Creative Director. Should be fluent in social media strategies and analytics across all major digital channels. Should have their finger on the pulse of culture.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Answer our most pressing marketing needs with big ideas and strategies using existing and new marketing tools.

  • Set digital marketing strategies using all necessary channels (e.g. website, e-mails newsletters, social media and press).

  • Develop the social media calendar in line with key milestones.

  • Research audience trends and insights and use these to build social strategies.

  • Work with our Graphic Designer to create engaging content across all of our platforms.

  • Research products, services and current strategies to identify new growth opportunities.

  • Analyze web traffic metrics and suggest solutions to boost web presence.

  • Keep up-to-date with our audience preferences and proactively suggest new campaigns.

  • Be the point of contact for customers, fans and artists.

  • Source and partner with artists, influencers and celebrities, coordinating original content and writing compelling copy for social media and press releases.

  • Ensure artists, influencers and celebrities follow through on approved creative.

  • Communicate creative concepts clearly into detailed strategies with all team members.

  • Comfortable working with a diverse portfolio of clients and sponsors including Sports, Lifestyle, Fashion, and Gaming, among others industries.

  • Engage with traditional media and press and be their liaison during our live events.

  • Network outside of office hours at industry-relevant events (art shows/openings, parties, etc.)

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 2 years hands-on experience in digital marketing and/or brand strategy.

  • Connected in the arts scene and relevant underground culture scenes.

  • Proficiency in Adobe CS including: Illustrator, Photoshop, and inDesign.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Keynote (or Powerpoint)

  • Have own transport and laptop.

  • Be motivated, enthusiastic, outgoing, energetic, reliable, professional and results driven.

  • Be punctual and presentable with strong time management skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication.

  • Be able to work autonomously, industriously and independently.

  • Have integrity, initiative and solid work ethic.

JUNIOR DESIGNER
(Part-time)

We’re seeking a talented graphic designer/illustrator who has their finger on the pulse of culture. You will report to and work closely with our Creative Director. You should be a big fan of art, live art, street art, fine art and know what’s cool in the world of design and fashion.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design event branding for web and print, including but not limited to logos, icons and other asset designs like posters, and merchandise collections.

  • Work closely with Marketing Director to design content and edit photos for our social media channels and throughout our websites.

  • Create vector art from scratch in a timely manner.

  • Source graphics, vectors and fonts.

  • Keep an organized library of all sourced/created materials.

  • Must be able to quickly to develop and finalize projects with tight deadlines.

  • Know when to be flexible and have the foresight to adequately prioritize tasks with sudden updates.

  • Must be driven and ambitious—an incubator of ideas and someone who is proactive and takes initiative but can also follow direction and take feedback from the team.

  • Support the team with tasks outside your job description.

  • Love what we’re about and do what needs to be done to push our vision and brand forward.

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Have own transport and laptop.

  • Proficiency in Adobe CS including: Illustrator, Photoshop, and inDesign.

  • Minimum 2 years experience conceptualizing and producing high quality design.

  • A portfolio reflecting strong design and illustration skills with print and digital examples.

  • A go to style that works within the Secret Walls brand.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

  • High attention to detail.

  • Excellent written and communication skills.

Huge pluses, but not required:

  • Knowledge of HTML and CSS

  • 3D Design / Motion design and animation

  • Photography and photo editing skills

  • Familiarity with Squarespace website building platform

PERSONAL ASSISTANT
(Part-time)

We’re seeking a person who will become direct support for a very busy CEO to ensure his activities, appointments and personal needs run smoothly. This position will function as the first point of contact from both inside and outside the studio office.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage incoming e-mail and mail, which includes responding when appropriate.

  • Maintain CEO’s schedule, e.g., scheduling meetings, managing calendars.

  • Plan all domestic and international travel and accommodation arrangements.

  • Handle occasional personal needs or errands.

  • Take notes during meetings.

  • Light book keeping like tracking and reconciling receipts, and creating estimates and invoices.

  • Prioritize work activity with little supervision and provide after-hour and flexible support.

  • Dedicate themselves to working in a support role.

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Have own transport and laptop.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general tech savviness.

  • Minimum 2 years experience in similar role.

  • Can-do attitude—someone who can be relied upon for answers.

  • A great memory and superior attention to detail.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • A clear sense of what it means for a job to be completed and well done.

  • Trustworthy, enthusiastic person with courteous and patient disposition.
