BRAND MARKETING MANAGER
We’re seeking a full-time in-house Brand Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. Position will report to our CEO and work closely with our Creative Director. Should be fluent in social media strategies and analytics across all major digital channels. Should have their finger on the pulse of culture.
Answer our most pressing marketing needs with big ideas and strategies using existing and new marketing tools.
Set digital marketing strategies using all necessary channels (e.g. website, e-mails newsletters, social media and press).
Develop the social media calendar in line with key milestones.
Research audience trends and insights and use these to build social strategies.
Work with our Graphic Designer to create engaging content across all of our platforms.
Research products, services and current strategies to identify new growth opportunities.
Analyze web traffic metrics and suggest solutions to boost web presence.
Keep up-to-date with our audience preferences and proactively suggest new campaigns.
Be the point of contact for customers, fans and artists.
Source and partner with artists, influencers and celebrities, coordinating original content and writing compelling copy for social media and press releases.
Ensure artists, influencers and celebrities follow through on approved creative.
Communicate creative concepts clearly into detailed strategies with all team members.
Comfortable working with a diverse portfolio of clients and sponsors including Sports, Lifestyle, Fashion, and Gaming, among others industries.
Engage with traditional media and press and be their liaison during our live events.
Network outside of office hours at industry-relevant events (art shows/openings, parties, etc.)
Minimum 2 years hands-on experience in digital marketing and/or brand strategy.
Connected in the arts scene and relevant underground culture scenes.
Proficiency in Adobe CS including: Illustrator, Photoshop, and inDesign.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Keynote (or Powerpoint)
Have own transport and laptop.
